1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Exchangely ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Exchangely provides a returns and exchanges management platform for Shopify merchants. The Service includes order management, customer portal, label generation, and analytics features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per Shopify store is permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Fees are billed through Shopify's billing system
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled per our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data as needed to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Exchangely and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCHANGELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription through Shopify. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
